The Grand River Community Health Centre offers integrated, holistic health care with a focus on keeping people well.

With a team of health and social services professionals working together in a multi-disciplinary approach, the CHC provides primary healthcare, health promotion, and community development services.

The Grand River CHC is funded by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, through the HNHB LHIN.

The Grand River CHC is a non-profit, registered charitable organization and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors.
