Brantford Rapid Access to Addictions Medicine (RAAM) Clinic

The Brantford RAAM Clinic is part of a strong local partnership offering fast, compassionate, and holistic care for people experiencing substance use challenges. No referral is needed we’re here when you’re ready.

Our Approach

  • Team-Based Care: Support from doctors, nurse practitioners, counsellors, case managers, peer support workers, and culturally safe counselling for Indigenous clients.
  • Person-Centred & Holistic: Medication and psychosocial supports tailored to your goals.
  • Flexible Access: Drop-in and booked appointments, in person or virtual.
  • Ongoing Support: Help connecting to long-term care, with the option to return whenever needed.

 

 

 

  • Substance use assessment and diagnosis

  • Medication support for substance use and mental health

  • Harm reduction supplies

  • Support for mild withdrawal symptoms

  • Counselling for addictions and concurrent disorders

  • Support with physical health concerns

  • Referrals to community services

  • Connection to primary care

  • Provider consultations and re-referrals

  • Wednesday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Thursday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
  • Friday: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm
