Brantford Rapid Access to Addictions Medicine (RAAM) Clinic
The Brantford RAAM Clinic is part of a strong local partnership offering fast, compassionate, and holistic care for people experiencing substance use challenges. No referral is needed we’re here when you’re ready.
Our Approach
- Team-Based Care: Support from doctors, nurse practitioners, counsellors, case managers, peer support workers, and culturally safe counselling for Indigenous clients.
- Person-Centred & Holistic: Medication and psychosocial supports tailored to your goals.
- Flexible Access: Drop-in and booked appointments, in person or virtual.
- Ongoing Support: Help connecting to long-term care, with the option to return whenever needed.
