Board of Directors

Grand River Community Health Centre is governed by a Board of Directors of up to 13 members elected at the Annual General Meeting each year. The Board of Directors consists of individuals who volunteer their time and have different areas of expertise. An elected Board Member’s responsibility is to review activities and outcomes of the Health Centre to ensure consistency with the strategic direction. They are also responsible for ensuring that GRCHC continues to work to achieve equity, belonging, health and wellbeing for all.
