Brant Community Food Educators
A Community Food Educator (CFE) is a volunteer trained to help educate the community on a variety of topics related to healthy eating.
Dental Program
If you are unable to pay for dental or denture services, GRCHC may be able to provide support through our community Dental Program.
Exercise
GRCHC clients have access to many fitness programs. Some of these programs include beginner yoga, walking groups and more!
Food Security
Food insecurity is the inability to acquire or consume an adequate diet, or a large enough quantity of food. GRCHC is committed to working with local community partners to tackle food insecurity in our community.
Health Promotion and Community Development
GRCHC has dedicated health promotion and community development staff to support community programs and initiatives.
2SLGBTQIA+
GRCHC offers programs and groups for our local Two-Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer + communities.
International Agricultural Worker Program
The Ministry of Health and Long Term Care through HNHB LHIN/Ontario Health West provides funding for the Grand River Community Health Centre (GRCHC) international agricultural worker primary health care clinics.
Shelter Health and Outreach
GRCHC provides primary care and other services for those who are homeless or at risk of homelessness. We provide street outreach services along with support for local shelters.
Wellness Programs
GRCHC works to promoting health and wellbeing in the community with offering a range of wellness programs. These programs aim to help individuals learn new information and skills that they can apply in their own lives to improve their health and wellbeing.
